I only take payment through PayPal via invoice and full payment is required before any work is begun.
If for whatever reason the commission cannot be completed you will be issued a refund [varied based on the stages of the commission]
Turnaround rate is about 1-2 months with open-communication available.
Revisions, Suggestions, Edits are only available during the sketching stages of the commission.
